Will I be paid for taking part in this study?

In return for your time, effort and travel expenses, you will be given a choice of retail gift cards and will be compensated at each stage of the study. Depending on whether you do 1 or 2 blood draws at the beginning of the study and on your group randomization, you will receive between $60 and $75 in retail gift cards for completing all respective parts of the study. Details as follows:

Study Visit 1 = $25 retail gift card

Study Visit 2 = $15 retail gift card (applies only to participants asked to do a 2nd blood draw)

Results Telephone Call = no compensation offered

3-Month Follow-Up Survey = $10 retail gift card

10-Month Follow-Up = $25 retail gift card
